Questions about our flight search
Where do these prices come from?
Two independent sources. Our bookable fares come from a live airfare feed you can click straight through to. Alongside them we show Google Flights' price for the same route as a reference, so you can see we are quoting the real market rather than marking it up.
Why can I only book some of the results?
The Google Flights column is a price check, not an inventory we sell. Anything with a Book button can be purchased immediately; for anything else, an agent will ticket it for you.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No. On instant bookings you pay the fare shown at the airline or agency you are handed off to. On agent-negotiated fares the price we quote is the price you pay.
I need ten seats. Can you help?
Yes, and that is where we are most useful. Group space is priced by negotiation, not by a search engine, and it is routinely well below the published fare. Send us the route and dates.
Do you sell business and first class?
Yes. Premium cabins are where negotiated fares beat published ones by the widest margin, so those enquiries go straight to an agent rather than through the instant-booking feed.
Are these fares on real airlines?
Every fare is on a scheduled carrier with a normal ticket and a normal booking reference. Nothing here is a charter or a courier fare.
